Hartmut Fritz is a GPM-IPMA certified senior project manager. Because projects cannot be realised without a functional quality management system, he has qualified as an ISO9001 auditor and quality management representative.
Hartmut Fritz is a licensed co-auditor for CMMI, a maturity model for development projects. To enable holistic and sustainable optimisation within the company, Hartmut Fritz has qualified as a management consultant and coach.
Hartmut Fritz has been working part-time at hgf-consulting since 1997. In 2009, Hartmut Fritz expanded hgf-consulting into the consulting and skills network WOC-Consultants, bringing different areas of expertise together credibly and coordinating the respective interfaces with each other.
